Our spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes feature sprawling 9 ft. ceilings, open kitchens and ample closet space. Located in the heart of Clinton Township, you’ll love the close proximity to I-94, Metro Beach and expansive shopping, dining and entertainment establishments. If you are looking for a vibrant community to call home in Clinton Township, this is the right place to be! Leasing Information: Our application process takes three business days with a $75 non-refundable fee (18 yrs or older). We use a third-party system to evaluate credit, criminal, eviction, and utilities history; the security deposit is determined based on these results (no specific credit score required). Pets & Utilities: We welcome up to two cats ($350 non-refundable deposit + $50/month per cat). Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. Residents pay for gas and electric through DTE and Consumers Energy.

Noise, noise, noise!

The noise that the people make upstairs is so inconsiderate! All the office manager say is to call the police. None it makes no sense. No one should have to live and have to pay rent like this! It takes way too long for them to repair anything. I cannot wait to move. If you like peace, this is not the place for you.

When I want to apply for these apartments, Lisa was at the front desk. She was so helpful and nice and answered all my questions. She gave me a great tour of the apartment as we talked and laughed. I applyed right away and can't wait to move in. That was the best customer service I had in a long time and hope it will continue when I become a tenant. The apartment was nice as well.
