My family lived here from July 2022-2023. There were things we liked about it: parking was convenient to our unit, there were lots of trees and nature, the unit was cool in the summer, and we used the treadmill and sauna a good amount. Condition-wise, the unit was dark and somewhat dilapidated. winter our sink was clogged for weeks and I had to dump water outside), loud neighbors, and, most frustratingly, fair and responsive financial interactions. When we moved in, the primary bedroom window was broken and boarded up. We were told we'd receive a rent discount and asked about it multiple times, always to be told that it was "in process." Now that our lease is up I've emailed multiple times about shortages and inaccurate charges on our security deposit, and have received incomplete and dismissive responses from management. If you're moving here be sure to save all your receipts and do your own bookkeeping.
