Location, location, location! I’m able to park my car and walk to multiple different restaurants of my choosing within 5-10 minutes. Shopping is also available in 5-15 minutes walk as well! The green space is gorgeous, the amenities are amazing! The staff and maintenance are fantastic! Love this place!

Clean, quiet, safe. Very convenient for hopping on 64 to get to Lex or Louisville. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to any work orders and office staff have been helpful. Would prefer not to have valet trash service and wish my townhome had ceiling fans, but overall it has been great living here the last year.

This is a very worthwhile community, it allows people to feel peaceful, safe and comfortable. Alongside the friendly and attentive staff the environment is hard to beat. As for anyone the amount of investment towards these apartments, rent wise would likely be the only reason to hold someone from considering it

I love the apartments and atmosphere of the complex. It's a nice, quiet, safe place to live. The prices are too high for the apartment being a little outdated. That's why I didn't give a higher rating.

Love the apartment community and the apartment itself. There are a few 'delicate' furnishings needing replacing (folding doors to laundry/utility, blinds and some of the doors).
