May 1, 2024I've lived here 3yrs and will be moving out in a couple of months. I wouldn't live here again and wouldn't recommend anyone I know to live here unless it's all they can afford. I think most people end up here because it's what they can afford. The company that owns this place knows that and all of their staff act accordingly. If it's all you can afford, then just make sure to document EVERYTHING and be prepared for disrespectful treatment from both the property manager and possibly upper ...management. The only time they were ever somewhat decent towards me was when they refused to fix whatever was going on with the electricity in my apartment, and I had to threaten a suit if it wasn't properly fixed instead of just patched up like they had been doing. Properly working electricity is considered a necessity for habitability by law. If it weren't, you can bet these people wouldn't have done a thing about it. I can only assume that they would be less horrible if the clientele weren't working-class people needing a roof over their heads. If you can find something else, PLEASE choose there. If not, good luck and move as soon as you can afford to do so. Your quality of life depends on it.Property Manager Responded

To leaks in the ceilings, birds in the hallways, homeless people in the building, no hot water and not to mention spiders, mice and roaches. December 27, 2021I’ve had my car hit by a drunk driver the month i moved in 2020. My car was parked in the complex I called the leasing office to report all they told me is “ we’re not liable for any damages and we don’t have cameras “ I’ve had my car windows busted out twice while living here once again “ we have no cameras and we’re not liable for damages “ I’ve had a leak in my ceiling from a toilet above me maintenance did their best to assist me as fast as they could . They also changed from gas heat to ...making you use your air conditioners “ heat “ setting which doesn’t stay hot for heat. It’s 30 degrees. If you use both your air conditioners “ heat “ settings at the same time and have any light on . Your power will go out . It’s spiders literally everywhere. The leasing office is no help. You only get 5 guest passes a month you can’t even pay for more. But they’ll rush hop skip and jump for you to pay rent for terrible living conditions. They’ll pay someone to tow your car in a heartbeat but won’t pay to install cameras. I’ve never lived like this in my life and I’m ashamed that I put myself in this apartment. Also if you want to leave I was informed you have to give a “ written 60 day notice “ when have you ever heard of that. But when I called corporate and asked they said that’s not accurate. So just find somewhere else this isn’t worth it. The only nice thing about here is maintenance is niceProperty Manager Responded

Don’t move here
November 16, 2020This apartment complex is only worried about their money and that’s it . My toilet hasn’t been fixed right since we moved here , my car got vandalized here twice , and they didn’t care . Threatened us with Evection notice when we are just trying to live . DONT MOVE HERE
November 18, 2018This place is utterly disgusting. They rushed me in to move. They needed two weeks to clean up after the last person. Upon arriving and settling my boyfriend noticed I had roaches. There were tons of electrical problems, dirty air conditioning, days without water and heat. My car was broken into last night and that was the last straw for me. This place is beyond poor. Worse decision I have ever made. Don’t be FOOLED by the pool that has roaches too even the gym. I am moving ASAPProperty Manager Responded

December 1, 2017We made our apartment very homey and we love our place as a temporary living situation. However, the day we moved in they gave us an old refrigerator and basically told me that’s the best they could do and I knew it was going to be a problem. Ten months in I wish I didn’t want to move so quickly because I really would have taken my time to look. I have gone so many times without water, with no acceptable reason, I can’t count. The inside of the buildings looks like a project. The hallways always ...smell like weed. The windows are old and don’t hold the winter air out. The best thing is there are no pests except ants really. Which is sad to me. I’m really upset that I live here to be honest. They have no answers for all of these problems. It's okay!
July 24, 2017It's not the best but it's not the worst. I like the fact that there's a washer and dryer in my apartment. I have my own private entrance which is nice. The down side is that every time it pours down raining there's leak from my kitchen window. There are times when the tub has backed up and the toilet has overflowed out of nowhere. On the bright side maintenance did come out within the next hour. Another down side is if rent is 1 week late they'll take you to court. Never move here!
May 23, 2017They will tow your car or company / guest car just because they don't know who it belongs too. Not to mention several ppl died at these apartments from carbon dioxide. They had no alarms! Ive been here a year n had my car broken in to 3 different times! They refuse to put better lighting up or higher security! If I could rate 0 I would!Review from Apartments.com

September 10, 2016The rooms don't really look the same as shown in the picture. They have horrible maintenance and if you don't have mice or bugs now you will see/get them if you move here. A lot of tenants been moving in & out.Review from Apartments.com

November 20, 2015Maintence is very poor, if you call a problem in it takes 3-4 months to fix the problem. If you don't have any roaches, mice, or snakes, you will definetely have them once you move into this complex. Pay to the hallways when you are viewing an apartment. The hallways will tell you exactly how this property is managed. Pay attention to your surroundings you will notice that tenants are leavingl by the dozens. So please, please, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
