I have lived at Riverfront Landing for over two years. The first year was excellent—staff responsiveness and community standards made living there a pleasure. However, this past year has been very disappointing. It appears management has changed, as rules that were strictly enforced when I signed my lease now seem to be ignored, perhaps due to pressures from newer nearby rental developments.

Until recently, I hadn't encountered any violations. Lately, however, I’ve observed a German Shepherd and a Belgian Malinois—breeds that are explicitly restricted—being allowed to live here. Malinois are not typical apartment pets and are often used as guard dogs; their presence creates safety concerns for many residents.
When I raised this issue with management, my concerns were dismissed. Their indifference underscores a decline in community standards that once made this place welcoming. At this point, I do not plan to renew my lease.
