This is a nice place to live. No questions there. The apartments are large, have balconies, in unit washer/dryer, modern appliances, etc. However, the apartment is built for someone who is 7ft tall. Most of the storage space in the kitchen, walk-in closet, and washer/dryer closet are unreachable for the average person. Additionally, the common areas like the hallways are rarely (if ever) cleaned. There are several of those dead black crickets all over the hallways. Finally, the amenities the ...

building purports to offer are not yet done. Last I was told, they would be open end of September. It's now the end of October and I have not heard an update.

Very helpful! I got into the apartment that day, couldn’t have been more considerate of a customers needs. Beautiful apartments, that are tall and spacious for the sq. ft in each apartment! The best place my partner and I looked at in Waco, even if it is more costly and does not have amenities yet.

Unfortunately this has been a very disappointing experience moving into Riverfront Lofts. Owners do no care about the needs of the tenants and construction workers have free run of the place. There are NO amenities for the residents and we get promised these all the time. Rent remains full price without these luxuries - its been sad to say the least.

So far, my experience at Riverfront has been less than stellar. The relentless construction starts at 7 AM and goes until 6 PM every day, making it impossible to work from home. The leasing office is finally addressing some issues, but that’s little consolation. Mail delivery has been consistently late, and I still don’t have my mailbox key. On top of that, these buildings are seriously lacking; there are no elevators and no accessible trash chutes (making the hallways smell like a sewer). This ...

situation is frustrating and needs work.

Building 1 has been a fairly rough go for those that moved in early. No mailboxes, no amenities and lots of dust and noise from construction.

Who doesn't love new construction??? People who are leased apartments, told they can move in on a certain date, that date is moved 4 more times and then encouraged to switch apartments all while 4 months later the "common" areas still are not completed - there are mail delivery issues, security issues, amazon, UPS and FedEx cannot deliver unless they have a key to the building but can deliver to the office where I can drag my 60" new chair back up flights of stairs to get it to my apartment ONLY ...

if it wasn't stolen from being left in a random stairwell that no one monitors because no one can get to the apartments with a key fob only entry. so while this might be the newest and greatest in Waco ... it is the most frustrating, least customer service and solution place I have ever know and I lived at home for the first 18 years of my life.
