July 10, 2025Love living here, but 2 things… 1. Pool and chairs in the water are dirty. 2. Each resident needs to have a code for their door due to the lack of reliability of the Geokey app. There is no reason that residents should be unable to enter their apartment that they pay good money for. This apartment is absolutely Terrible
September 23, 2024The staff is very rude and not at all helpful. Improper billing is common. Apartment conditions are horrendous and not kept up at all. Termites were an issues in many rooms in the apartment and the building did nothing to solve this!Review from Apartments.com

Worst Management and Worst Place to Rent From
August 20, 2019Would like to not give even ONE STAR! Save yourself the headache! Management was the worst. They entered units whenever they wanted! Repairs and damages that were disgusted when my daughter move in never were addressed, she would world erroneous notices about remove a dog that she never had. When she complained about neighbors they didn’t take it seriously. A person living in the complex harassed her regarding parking leaving fake notes on her car like they were from management. Mold and Mildew
July 7, 2019Stay away! My DD lived her 2 years. She stayed because we thought the new management would improve the front office services including "package acceptance". As she started to pack up her closet, she found black spots on the walls. They did send a clean-up then informed it it was because she kept her door closed and they didn't run the air enough. Shuttle To Campus is a BUST!
January 16, 2019The Shuttle To Campus feature should be removed, since it is a waste. I don't like campus parking and didn't get a pass because the shuttle used to run by the University and ran frequently. Now it's useless because it ends at 4:30PM, so for night classes and tests I need to get an Uber. And the driver is always on a break, so I'm stuck on campus waiting over an hour after classes for it to show up. I promise you do not want to live here. Not to mention you will NOT get your security deposit back and they will charge you for things that were never damaged.
