Not worth the money
May 30, 2024When I first moved into this complex it was very nice and quiet and not to much people lived here. Now that it has been a year later..things have changed drastically and not in a good way. The guard gate does not guard anything. It is constantly broken and if someone isn't able to get into the community they will wait until you are going out the exit gate to go through that gate. I have seen this done numerous of times and even in front of the police who sits in front of the community to "protect ...it". The new management is always making drastic changes that doesn't need to be made instead of focusing on things that matter. The gate needs to be fixed, parking is horrible, the mail room is a mess, people who don't live in the community always have constant east access, but management would rather worry about who goes to the pool. You constantly have to nag someone to fix something in your unit. The quality has definitely gone down. They are now charging for every little thing that you do. They even charged my neighbor $2000 for having to call the police to her residence. This place just wants your money thats all. You can find better elsewhere for the amount they are charging.Property Manager Responded
