Pest problems and appliances breaking
December 9, 2024I feel like I have to put in a maintenance request every other week because something is broken. Constant pest problems too (roaches, wasps, spiders). My neighbors have been having these problems too.Property Manager Responded

Dated apartments with faulty appliances
October 26, 2019These apartments are very quiet due to the residents being in general much older. However, the apartments themselves are also much older. This leads to many issues. My AC has gone out several times in the past year. In itself, this wouldn't be a problem if the issues were resolved quickly, but the apartment complex is not open on weekends or past 5 pm on weekdays. They also refuse to come out on weekends to fix the issue. For the price you pay to stay at Rivermont, consider looking at other ...options.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
