In their “rules” they say, and I quote, “keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.” However, if you are unfortunate enough to have upstairs neighbors that has a 30 lb dive bomber (a child) that consistently makes noise day in and out, and you complain?? I’m pretty sure the previous reviews are from actual tenants. Do not live here. Their trash compactor is constantly overflowing with garbage. The maintenance guy do not fix anything. There is no pest control. Mold! I can go on and on about this place. For the price of rent it is not worth it! The rooms are small and you will regret living here. Save your money and find another place.

We enjoy the amenities at the Rivermont Crossing Apartments. However, maintenance is a major irritant. On 28 June, we submitted a number of maintenance requests (as requested) using the Donaldson Group App. However, someone went in and closed ALL of them without any action. On 6 July, we re-opened 4 of the original work orders. Today (July 12, 2021), someone AGAIN went in and closed all of the maintenance requests, with no action.
