They advertise a quiet environment. In their “rules” they say, and I quote, “keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.” However, if you are unfortunate enough to have upstairs neighbors that has a 30 lb dive bomber (a child) that consistently makes noise day in and out, and you complain?? Falls on deaf ears. If the mother of said child doesn’t like being checked and starts aggressively stomping/rampaging to the point it knocks over knicknacks, they don’t care. “We will leave your ...

They post paper notices on tenant doors about mandatory maintenance less than 24 hours before entering the unit. If you enjoy mysterious additions to your rent, phone calls and emails unanswered, maintenance requests that take constant badgering to get filled (if they are handled at all), and a general lack of services then enjoy this "luxury" apartment community. I’m pretty sure the previous reviews are from actual tenants. Do not live here. Their trash compactor is constantly overflowing with garbage. The maintenance guy do not fix anything. There is no pest control. Mold! I can go on and on about this place. For the price of rent it is not worth it! The rooms are small and you will regret living here. Save your money and find another place.

Amenities Good Maintenance Horrible

We enjoy the amenities at the Rivermont Crossing Apartments. However, maintenance is a major irritant. On 28 June, we submitted a number of maintenance requests (as requested) using the Donaldson Group App. However, someone went in and closed ALL of them without any action. On 6 July, we re-opened 4 of the original work orders. Today (July 12, 2021), someone AGAIN went in and closed all of the maintenance requests, with no action. I have contacted the office staff FOUR times asking what they ...

Every night for the last month some alarm in the sprinkler room attached to my building rings consistently until someone comes to turn it off. The noise is loud and obnoxious. Lived in the townhomes at Rivermont for 7 years moved out Jan 2021 active duty until retirement. Great location the staff i encountered were always professional, polite and very helpful. I did read all the horror stories/reviews about moving out so i was a little apprehensive about the ordeal but i must be honest my experience was nothing like i had read, it was quite the opposite. Maintenance is wonderful...office staff not so much

I like the townhomes, and I love maintenance. Mark is pleasant and completed my emergency call in an acceptable amount of time. The onsite office staff is questionable. They are pleasant to communicate with; however, they do not do things efficiently and are not held accountable. When they were asked to put in a maintenance order, they took the information by phone but maintenance never showed up. When the maintenance request was completed through the website, maintenance showed up. So, did ...
