Horrible housing.
October 13, 2023Moved into a what they call “newly remodeled” place, that has NO lights in the bedroom. NO lights in the living room. I have to turn my flashlight on every single time to see something. There is glue all over the floor from the remodeling that was never cleaned up. There is still blue tape around certain corners from the painting job.Review from Apartments.com

July 16, 2023We lived there for three years while our house was being built, and could not wait to get out. This is not a well managed property. The rent went up nearly 25% as soon as the Duportail bridge was finished. Our washer broke down several time, it was out of order for over a week at one point; the office told us to go to a laundromat. The plastic siding blows off the buildings in high wind, very dangerous. Not nearly enough parking. Very strict rules about what you can keep on your porch; don’t ...even think about hanging a shirt out to dry, they will leave a note under your door every time. Several times the drains backed up and the guy downstairs came up in a panic because his kitchen sink was overflowing, so we could not run our water,, we felt really bad because he’s a really nice guy and we flooded his kitchen.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 11, 2022My apartment has flooded four times now because of shoddy contract work done above me, I am really tired of how many times I’ve had to move my belongings and use buckets to try to contain the overwhelming amount of water. For how much I pay every month, this is ridiculous. January 24, 2022Great layouts, but so many corners are cut in this place. Improperly fitted doors and drawers that are unable to open because of bad renovation and measurements. So far, many rushed maintenance jobs are done with little to no cleanup. Our apartment was not even cleaned before we had to move in, despite asking for removal of previous tenants knick-knacks and discarded items. This place has excellent bones, but be prepared for a workout if you want to move in any time soon.Property Manager Responded

We are glad to confirm that when you notified the Riverpointe team of your concerns, the maintenance immediately responded to these requests and that they were addressed. Each unit is inspected before move-in, and your unit was professionally cleaned prior as well. Moving forward, we will make sure that the team always meticulously inspects units for the pre-walk. November 11, 2021We have been living in RIVERPOINTE Apartments for about six months. Everything has been wonderful. Despite a few negative reviews and some talk from other tenants, Our experience has been nothing but pleasant. Work orders are responded to in a timely manner, the staff are friendly and helpful, yes it is a little bit expensive to live here but if you cant afford it, Move somewhere else I guess.
