This place sucks and so does management and maintenance
May 9, 2018Do not move here. Under new management and they blow. They raise rent almost every year with no upgrades to apartment or amenities. The only benefit of living here is a five day grace period when paying rent each month. If i couldve given a 0 i would have.Review from Apartments.com
The worst apartment complex I’ve ever known or even heard about
February 5, 2018This is the most unprofessional apartment complex ever. They lie like crazy. My partner lives here and has had the worst expierence. I literally have to record a video every time she pays rent so we have proof that she did because they’ve tried to make her pay twice before. They are so disorganized. If you get a package sent there, they won’t inform you and have even lost them. They’ve told information about my partner and her lease to other individuals. The maintenance only does temporary ...fixes on things, doesn’t actually fix anything. There’s honestly not one good thing about this complex. I’ve seen apartments that are $200 cheaper that are run better than this. HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT LIVE HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

River's Edge Apartments
August 2, 2015This apartment complex is Noblesville's best kept secret. The summer's Farmer's Market is just around the corner and downtown is only a few more steps. With a new outdoor concert park being built within walking distance this is by far the best location in the city. Each apartment is scaled larger than most of the newer ones and there is storage galore. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the office staff never fail to follow through on a request.
