Disappointing
December 4, 2021We moved here in 2019 expecting a quiet and peaceful setting. At first everything seemed great, especially the maintenance staff who quickly made any needed repairs. But then there was a homicide in July 2020 and as far as I know no one was ever arrested. Management said nothing. Then in October 2021 there was a shooting during an argument in the parking lot and a woman was shot through the wall of her apartment. It turned out shooter lived at Riverscape and had a long arrest record. Management ...again said nothing regarding security of the building. I have since learned of other incidents with the police/arrests here and no longer feel it is safe to live here. Many people have been moving out of the complex since this last shooting and as soon as I can, I plan to join them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Not worth it
April 23, 2017All in all beautiful community but that's about it. If you use the fireplace your bill is high. Have to have the heat on blast all winter because of the seeping air from the windows. There was not even a utensil drawer for a standard utensil holder. WIth Ac in the summer its still hot because again the air leaks through the cracks in the window. Paying for garbage services is useless when residents have access to trash bin. I did like that they had a car washing station with free water. Kitchen ...is outdated. September 26, 2015We have really enjoyed our time here at Riverscape Apartments! The pool is right behind the main office and nice and central to all the apartments. The location is right next to a nature reserve so the greenery is beautiful and the paths are great for family outings. September 17, 2015I just signed a lease to move into the Riverscape Apartments on September 30th. I wanted to share with you exactly what made me decide this was a great place to live. I met with Susan Gee the Assistant Property Manager to discuss where I would live. Susan is an outstanding person and after speaking to her I knew this was the right place to live. You must be proud to have her on your team representing your company. She has made the process easy and willing to show me all the great assets of ...the development. I called back to ask questions and spoke to Jonathan he was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with regarding questions. Again I had the privilege to speak to Keith the Property Manager who also was pleasant and a true professional. I am sure you are proud to have great people working for your company. Always nice to share great experiences. I sold my home and go to settlement on September 30th. I looked at many places and the deciding was made due to the caring and professional assistance I received at Riverscape. Great Neighborhood
August 9, 2015Riverscape apartments are in a quiet, scenic and friendly neighborhood called Piney Orchard across the street from an ice rink and a few blocks from the community center where renters have access to the pools, fitness facility and parks. Overall the apartments themselves are decent. Appliances are dated, cabinets peeling and if you have tenants above you, most of their movements can be heard. The complex has a pool, tiny fitness room and access to walking paths. More than an Apartment Complex
July 21, 2015Riverscape is more than an apartment complex, it is a community. I am constantly greeted with a warm smile from the office staff every time I see them, and the Property Manager, Keith, is genuine in his responses to any issues that I've had arise. You can tell that the staff truly cares, which is why my stay here has been so pleasant. They regularly sponsor events to involve the community, like a "Visit with Santa" and a Memorial Day Cookout (delicious)! The location is great, too! We are ...surrounded by trails and greenery in every direction. Because it is a part of Piney Orchard, we have access to three pools in addition to the one here at Riverscape. My husband and I have loved taking advantage of them all so far this summer! Our apartment is extremely spacious with plenty of closet space and the vaulted ceilings are a plus.
