February 5, 2020Es un asco de administración de todo te quieren cobrar hasta los que no parecen muerto de hambre tuve mala experiencia con mi regreso de mi Depocito les dejé mejor el departamento a como ellos me lo entregaron en excelentes condiciones y ahora resulta que me quieren cobrar 120 de limpieza 90 de la alfombra cuando les entrege limpio y sin manchas y de eso se avalan y si te apendejas mas te cobran mas y la calidad del departamento es lo peor todo de mala calidad gabinetes regaderas lavabosProperty Manager Responded

August 23, 2019DON'T MOVE HERE!!! The description is a lie. There is no fitness center. The pool is open 10 days at the most on a year. There is a sauna but it has been non functioning for over 3 years. The maintenance crew is a joke if you submit a request for repairs they will come and make the situation worse. A simple reapir will take 3 to five attempts to get it right and that's if they show up at all. The garbage is always over flowing. The laundry room is dirty and half of the equipment is broken. THE WORST ABSOLUTE PLACE
August 17, 2019The office staff EXCEPT jasmine, are rude and disrespectful. Me and my buddy tried to rent here just to get told we don’t qualify because we were $50 short of income qualifications & once more proof of income was provided we were told we “wouldn’t be able to move further” Carmen is the worst, I pray that not even my worst enemy gets to lease with Rivershore/ having Carmen as their leasing agent.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth it
October 11, 2018The office staff must have wrote these reviews because they are NOT friendly. The apartments look good from the outside but are pretty run down in the inside. I agree with the previous reviewer, there is tons of mold they won’t do anything about. I followed their directions and let my apartment “air out” often...still mold. They will send YOU a notice to do something about it. My car was broken into. I also came out to go to work and a tire was missing. Yes, ONE tire. (Separate occasions)They ...left it propped up. Don’t want to fix anything
September 10, 2018I have been here for about six months and the gate hasn’t been fixed so every body dump there trash in the complex and you have to pay for garbage. They don’t want to fix anything and if they do they want you to pay for it. The appliances are out dated and barely work. Do not rent
January 26, 2018I would not rent from rivershor. After two weeks of living we were getting sick then we found out it was because of the mold. There way of fixing the problem was just paint over it. There was black mold coming through the exterior walls, both bathrooms, and the kitchen. They did not fix the problem properly and i had to move out. I didnt even stay there for two months. August 22, 2017Rent is about 1900 for a 2b 2b. If you need maintenance they take like 2 weeks to fix it or say they do but they don't... they have alot of sec. 8 pool is mostly closed 3 or 4 days, laundry room is dirty as well there's kids there smoking and fooling around.
