New Management Company does not care about issues and does not address concerns.
August 15, 2021The new management company does not want to hear about your complaints and does not address the issues at hand. Parking is not enforced at all, and people park anywhere they want, double parking in fire lanes and in no parking areas. According to them if your AC goes out on the weekend (which happened to us) it is not considered emergency service until the temperature outside is over 90 degrees. Even though the temperature inside is in the upper 80's and you cant cook anything due to the ...fear of raising the temperature even further. After several calls they still say someone will get to it on Monday, there's nothing they can do for you. I even offered to pay an HVAC company out of my pocket, and take care of it and they say they don't have keys to the Mechanical Room. For the amount of money you pay in rent, you do not get the expected service. I would not recommend anyone renting from this company as long as the current management company is running things. I hope the owner of the property sees what is happening and makes the necessary changes, but I doubt that happens.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Preventative Maintenance without permission is NOT OK
August 12, 2021I am a current tenant in a 2 room bedroom apartment. I moved into this property in Feb 2020. I have enjoyed my stay without any issues and appreciated all WPM LLC, the management company, who previously managed this property has done for the property and treated us. In Dec 2020, it is taken over by a new management company and recently, i received a survey for a work order. i called the office and was informed by front office that they had to close out the work order and there was no work ...done. I had to know who had created the work order in my name. I was then transferred to Faye, who said preventative maintenance, such as checking of batteries in the fire alarm was done and that it is all good but i was not informed that maintenance will be entering my unit nor a general notice to the residents was broadcast. when i voiced my concern, Faye said, if I have such concerns, I will need to email them my preferences and they will keep my email on their file. They have 400 units and cannot inform the tenants individually nor send a broadcast. Feels like home
June 7, 2019I don’t typically write reviews except for the most exceptional experiences, and this place I highly recommend. Awesome staff, very generous prices, and exceptionally lovely community. The large green view from my window makes for a great start to each morning. The apartment felt like home within minutes of walking through the door. It doesn’t feel like apartment living!
May 16, 2019I've moved around a lot so I know a good property when I find one! Riverside feels like you’re not even like living in an apartment! Beautiful Living
February 27, 2019The property is very nice and clean.I moved in on 11 26 18, so far I have enjoyed every minute of it. I love the design of my apartment. Moving here was a great idea. Just what I needed
August 2, 2017Going through a divorce is very stressful. When I toured the apartment with the office staff, I was in shambles. I was about to run from my husband and knew I had to make a decision quickly. As soon as I walked into my apartment, I said this is it. Few days later I moved in. I really wanted to find a place I could afford at the same time I was able to maintain a living standard as close as possible to the one I was accustomed to. I visited other apartments in the area -- some were below standard, ...and one in particular was just not enough in return for the price (25 dollars a month for trash pick up?) . I made the absolute best decision. The apartments are very spacious, love the wood floor in the entry areas, my countertop is huge and the grounds super well maintained. Riverside has become my little oasis, the place where I feel safe and where I have room to heal. I needed maintenance twice and they were here in last than 30 minutes. April 25, 2017Riverside Apartments was our first experience of apartment life and I think we are spoiled. We were skeptical about moving in to an apartment after selling our home but needed a place to transition while we searched for our new house. Riverside Apartments has everything you could ask for. A 24 hour fitness center with a yoga room, 3 playgrounds, walking trails over a mile long, multiple car wash stations, a business center with WiFi, a large dog park, outdoor pool with a splash pad, and great ...events hosted by the wonderful staff!
