February 20, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for around a year until moving. There were bats in the upper area above the apartment that would get into my closet downstairs and there would be bat dropping everywhere. On multiple occasions bats would get into the apartment with the door shut. Also, the pool was never clean. I do not recommend this place especially for the elderly or sick people as there were 19 steps to get to the actual apartment and this caused my grandma's knees to get worse where she got one transplanted ...already and is planning to get the other one now. My grandpa's disease (kidney disease) got worse from the bat droppings also. The fire alarm also went off randomly on multiple occasions. The pictures shown are nothing like to actual apartment. Such as no air conditioning for four months after submitting several maintenance work orders. Also hot water heater broke and took a month to fix and left a large gaping hole in the wall which they never returned to fix after submitting several work orders.

May 27, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comMy unit was not ready the day I was to move in. I had to keep my rental truck an extra day which cost me almost $200. Almost EVERYTHING in the apartment was broken (oven, fridge, air conditioner, dishwasher) when I moved in. I had no choice at that time but to take the property manager's word for it that it would all be fixed. It's been several months and only a couple of things have been fixed. There are constantly unmonitored teenage children at the pool cursing so me and my children don't go ...to the pool. The woman who lived in my unit prior to me left because maintenance would not fix her ac. My air conditioner is still broken. Maintenance and the office staff will tell you things to make you happy and literally do nothing. The corporate office is just as bad, responding to emails with attitude and zero empathy. Just really don't move in here unless you HAVE TO and will be homeless.Read More

April 30, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI applied online, they took my 70$ app fee plus 300$ when you get approved, and when I called to schedule a visit they hang up on me and didn't return back my calls or my message. They called me back 2 weeks later and when I complained whom ever was on the phone started arguing with me instead of being apologetic, I just hung up the phone on her.

It don’t sound like a big deal but is been more than a month; pretty sure this people will be quick charging me for it on my deposit when I’m been paying rent on time and as a resident we deserve maintenance. Is so sad everything that happen here with the police coming in and out and also have to beg for get things fix is unreal. I hope the office read ...this and get somehow the problems solve because all I have seen here this year any neighbor deserve it . Shooting, forenses , trash , no landscaping , no maintenance; completely ignored for the office. I’ll make sure take my pictures and upload everything before leave and show my apartment in good condition because I’m pretty sure they will quickly come and charge when they take month to come and fix . I just moved in Riverside apartment 3 months ago and I am moving because: 1. The workmen can’t fix anything in the apartment. 2. The fridge doesn’t work, my food is constantly spoiling. 3. It’s been over a month and a half no water in my bathroom. 4. Gas leakage constantly and water leakage everywhere constantly. 5. A/C doesn’t work. 6. Horrible management nothing is fixed your rent changed every month can not ever reach anyone on the phone management has changed 3 times in the passed two years. June 22, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI went to visit this property on Wednesday. They never answer the phone during the hours they say they are opened from 1-6PM. I figured it was easier just going there. I went in on a Wednesday after it had just been raining and there was only 1 person working there and there was 2 people waiting, plus me while this person was helping someone else. Finally, I was able to meet with the leasing agent. He showed me pictures online and talked about the apartment. He told me that he had only 3 left in ...1 bedroom. He said he would show it to me but it's been raining - at first I didn't think anything of it. He said I can complete an application online or there for $$ - I can't remember exactly how much it was. Basically saying I have to pay this amount of money to see the apartment - which I wouldn't get back. So, I left and was thinking of completing the application online. As I was driving through the property, I really wanted to see the inside - I mean who wouldn't right? So, I pulled back into the office and told him I was really interested but I wanted to see one available. Remember at first he told me he had 3 available. At first he hesitated saying it was raining and they have a policy that they can't show in the rain - it wasn't raining at this point, it was sunny outside. So, then he looks outside and sees that it's not raining and then makes up how he heard thunder. I just looked at the guy. Then he goes back to his computer and said he can show me one tomorrow. I work Monday-Friday from 9-5, and I took off Wednesday to go there and look at the place. I told him I can't take another day off and he said for me to call him to schedule an arrangement. He wasn't getting the fact that my work hours are the hours they are opened. Anyways, I just left. So beware! The pictures look really nice online, but maybe it's not really what the apartment looks like. I think there is something fishy going on with this.Read More
