AMAZING COMMUNITY
April 22, 2024I have lived here for 3 months and I LOVE it. The location is great with lots of places close by to eat and enjoy a night out. The community is amazing and well kept. The apartment has a very modern feel to it... Allen is a great property manager and is always on top of any issues that you may have. A place down by the river, Riverside Flats
April 29, 2022After accepting a job offer that would move me from Apex, NC to Charlotte, NC, I embarked on a search for an apartment that was clean, safe, convenient, stocked with amenities and welcoming. My search led me to RIverside Flats and Aberfoyle Village which is a wonderful apartment complex in Belmont, NC. Adjacent to the Catawba River, this relatively new (opened in 2019) apartment complex is only two walkable miles from downtown Belmont (a very cool, up and coming downtown), is a well-manicured, ...smoke-free and welcoming community. In addition to being a great place to live, Riverside Flats’ most compelling asset may be Community Manager, Annie Suarez-Sheffield. Smart, funny, empathetic, kind and compassionate, Annie goes above and beyond to make sure all community members are happy. She is a consummate professional who solves problems, listens and genuinely cares. If you are looking for an apartment in the Belmont area of NC, your first stop should be RIverside Flats and Aberfoyle Village. Dont forget to ask for Annie.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quality going down hill
December 16, 2021I enjoyed living here until the new management took over. Within the last 6 months they have added new fee's and charges above and beyond the usual. Expect to pay close to $100 or more just in fees above what they advertise as monthly rent. They list as luxury apartments but they are no where near luxury. I've lived in much nicer complexes listed as family residences. They have no amenities other than a 'gym' that's the size of a bathroom. Pet friendly, but no dog park and many residents do not ...pick up after their dog. The hallways in the buildings are filthy and are covered with spider webs and other bugs. They go through and use a leaf blower to blow the bugs out the end of the hall where everything lands in front of the entrances.
