Mediocre Apartment Complex

As a former resident, my vehicle was broken into twice in the parking lot and the complex had zero security cameras to aid the investigations. They have high management turnover despite being purchased by another property management company. They have few, small amenities and no pool and lots of small fees embedded in the contracts. Other apartment complexes in the Belmont area have better pricing for the same space, better amenities, and better overall quality.
