October 5, 2020This place is incredibly overpriced compared to other places in area, and it is right by train tracks where trains pass by at least 5 times a day, which was never mentioned. The apartments itself are very nice, but not ready on time of move. They also don't clean it before move in. There is no ice maker like mentioned in description, and it's not waterfront.Review from Apartments.com
