January 8, 2025I am a current tenant with another year and a half left on my lease, and I have to admit that I regret signing a 2-year lease here. Customer service is terrible; they get back to you right away when trying to lure you into renting, but once you sign, it is like you don't exist. I have had unresolved repair requests with no follow-up or updates since September and November. They don't even reply to my follow-up notes on the requests. I give this place a 1 star because it doesn't let me leave it a ...zero. Also, I saw the apartment virtually at first. I loved it, but when I came in person, the "third" bedroom listed on the floorplan was just a long living room, false advertising; the main bedroom looked like the secondary bedroom, and vice versa; the reason why I say this is because the "master" has his and hers vanity but the closet and the room is smaller than a second bedroom that only has one vanity. The apartment is very open and big with NO storage. I moved from another state and signed this; I cannot wait until my lease ends to leave.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
