Riverside Lofts, located on the southern bank of Codorus Creek in downtown York PA, was originally built as a candy factory in 1914 for Classic Caramel. This historic manufacturing facility has been transformed into a residential development of 51 industrial loft style apartments. Many original features of the buildings industrial past have been retained.
