Stay Away
December 3, 2024I'll make it short and sweet. The place is infested with German cockroaches, there is no balcony as advertised. There is no property manager "on site." The "24 hour maintenance" is just a voicemail box. You will never get ahold of the property managers they never answer the phone. They tow people's cars for no reason, do unnecessary work to the complex instead of fixing actual problems just to raise your rent. The location is terrible, the complex is trash, the elevators will be non existent in ...another year when they take them out. The washer and dryers will ruin your clothes, the pool will cause you to break out. Kids run around all hours of the night screaming. No dishwasher, no garbage disposal, the kitchen is the size of my bedroom closet. You will never get your deposit back no matter how much you try. Long story short, they only care about the money and will do anything in their power to feed their greedy pockets. They will try and charge you for ANYTHING. Know your rights before you move in. Property Management Could Care Less
March 13, 2024Definitely not worth the rent they are charging. Elevators break down at LEAST 2 times a week. Laundry facilities are a joke, they can't even upgrade to card machines. You have to pay with quarters and no there is no change machine on site. People leave trash all over the place, packages constantly being stolen. They set "rules" but don't hold nobody accountable. They claim to have cameras but NONE of them work. If you have a pet, this place is infested with fleas because people don't pick up ...after their dogs. They have German cockroaches
July 30, 2022I went here at night to look at a unit to run away from German cockroaches for a nicer place for my wife and newborn. After seeing it at night i quickly filled out an app to try to grab something on this crazy market then took my wife in the day time to view the units. Very one had German cockroaches, even talked to a resident and they said yeah I have some, just not a lot..... I immediately asked for my app to be cancelled and refund my money.
