    I moved in on may 25th and I must say iv been 100% satisfied with how this place is kept. When I put in a request for somthing to get done, boy does it get done. I had a few wasp nest outside, asked if they can remove them. Week later came back, not a single wasp so far! Penny is literally such a sweetheart, and even left me a little housewarming gift. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. I usually dont ever write reviews, only when something deserves a good review. And this definitely ...
    deserved it. I'm looking forward to continue staying here as long as I can.
