Great Location
June 17, 2019Riversong is located on the Riverwalk in Bradenton, FL. That is the only good thing about these apartments. We moved in September 1, 2018. You can hear your upstairs neighbor walk from the bedroom to the living room to the kitchen. If you decide to move here, pray that you don't have large dogs or kids above you. The hallways smell like a 70's afterhours party. The odor of cannabis is everywhere. If someone leaves a cup in the stairwell, it stays there until someone (you) fill out a ...maintenance request. Hall carpets are unsanitary. We pay an Amenity Fee of $10.00 per month. When we moved in, we were told that this was for the get-togethers that they had every month. They included a chill and grill, continental breakfast and birthday celebration. These stopped when they fired Barbara (the greatest person on earth). Yet the fee is still charged. Go figure? They offer climate controlled storage for $50 a month. The A/C in our storage building has been broken since we got it. We put in a maintenance request 6 weeks ago and nothing has been done. The pool is closed for the weekend (its summertime folks) and the gates for the secured parking are always broken. We had two expensive bikes stolen from the bike rack that is in the gated covered garage area that costs $65 a month to park. They don't even have security cameras. I do not recommend this place and can't wait for our lease to end so we can move out.Property Manager Responded

Nice Apartments, Great Locations
October 28, 2015I have lived at Riversong for 2 1/2 months and I am very happy. When I moved in, the apartment was just going under new management and the new owners have made several improvements in the short time that I have been here. You cannot beat the location. I wanted an apartment that would allow me to walk to restaurants and bars, as well as the Riverwalk. Since the apartments are located right on the Riverwalk, you cannot get any closer! I enjoy walking to downtown Bradenton along the Riverwalk. My ...apartment is spacious and very quiet. I never hear my neighbors. The hallways and common areas are clean and well-kept. The few times I have needed anything from the office, they have always been friendly and very professional. They are also very responsive.
