Riverstone apartments is wonderful
November 15, 2024The front office staff has been so kind and helpful during our move in this past week. They took care of any issues we had, and made sure everything was ready ahead of schedule even for our move in date. Joel our maintenance man was amazing. Efficient, patient, listened to my concerns and fixed my issues. If he couldnt fix it, like my fridge missing the shelf, he is putting in an order for the parts. VERY happy at Riverstone!
June 5, 2024I moved from Texas without seeing Riverstone Apts., with absolutely no knowledge of the Arden area and I couldn't have been happier when I drove in. The setting is beautiful. Out of curiosity I drove by a couple of the other apartment complexes I was looking into and there was no comparison with the Riverstone setting - and it's great location. With plenty of parking! The Riverstone community is wonderful, the staff is amazing, and I've never had better apartment maintenance service - Joel is ...the best. The grounds are maintained beautifully. I personally don't have a dog right now - but I love how there are no breed restrictions here and so many animals to enjoy. HORRIBLE
December 5, 2023Horrible experience. My apartment was infested with roaches and they did nothing about it. My children got bit my unknown bugs. The community trash can was constantly full. And when I tried to terminate my lease they messaged me months later saying I never terminated it and I owe over 10 grand. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience when we worked very hard to remedy the pest control issues with our Pest Control company on multiple occasions. We were not aware of any issues with our on-site trash compactor that is serviced 3 days a week, so we appreciate that feedback as well. Terrible Apartments, Nice Staff
February 22, 2023The staff does the best they can, but these apartments are cheaply build and all around awful. Not only can I hear my neighbors talking at normal volume, I can hear peoples cell phones on vibrate. People also smoke cigarettes inside and it’s unbearable. Loud and Very Cheap
August 24, 2022Not worth the money. Very cheap apartments. Horrible management. Noise is non stop on going. You hear everything. People under you talking. No privacy so be prepared for all conversations to be heard by your neighbors. No pantry. No linen closet. Doors slamming that shake the whole building. There’s never any peace. Cheap and Noisy
August 19, 2022The building I live in is 3 years old and yet, things break pretty regularly. And nothing will ever get fixed quickly. They must have skimped on construction costs, because things shouldn't break this often. And I've never been in an apartment that was louder. It is either people screaming or dogs howling. The office is responsive on trying to solve the problems of noise, but if neighbors ignore their sternly worded letter or email, then they have no other power and you just have to listen ...to the noise no matter if it's noon, or midnight. Very nice amenities and the best part for us is its Smoke Free apartments. Plus one of the more affordable apartments in the area. August 30, 2019I moved into the apartments in Dec 2018 after moving to NC. I couldn't be happier with the beautiful apartment, fantastic pool and BBQ area and the staff here. They are truly a pleasure to deal with. Everything is well maintained and huge curb appeal. Convenient location off Long Shoals near Biltmore Park area! Also, very pet friendly for those 4-legged occupants! No apartments are 100% perfect, but Riverstone is definitely 99.9% in my book!Property Manager Responded

Leaking hot water heater led to Mold
August 22, 2019Leaking hot water heater led to Mold! Moved here in January only to find they installed a leaking hot water heater in my apartment which lead to mold spreading throughout one of my closets. After getting sick from the mold clean up process, not being able to work for several days and having to spend additional money to stay at a hotel for several days, while still sick, I was told by the regional director of Tribute Properties who manages the complex that “residents are responsible for the ...contents of their home and any unforeseeable bumps in the road” and “once a resident takes possession of a home it becomes their responsibility to take measures to prevent mold” even though they installed a broken hot water heater in the first place. Besides this, I’ve now had 3 light fixtures which have either been flickering on and off for days on end or just completely stopped working altogether even after being replaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE!!Property Manager Responded
