Terrible . Don’t waste your money
April 5, 2023I hate living here. I’ve had trouble from no intercom system or working dishwasher as stated in my lease, didn’t have my bathroom sink for days because water was backing up into it, took them weeks to repaint my bathroom to get rid of the mold where I bathe my 2 year old. You call the office manager and she giggles at your frustrations. Also I’ve missed days of work because the building is so poorly maintained squirrels were chewing through my lines due to the whole up there in the attic . DONT DO IT
January 9, 2018I have lived here for 8 months and my overall experience is a -1. My neighbors car tires were stolen and left sitting on bricks and my apartment was burglarized 2 days before the new year during the day, due to the main entry doors ALWAYS being broken and open to anybody. Kids and teenagers run up and down the stairs and play on people doors and sit in the hallway all day. the property manager has no concern for residents safety. I can not wait till my lease is up in a few months. If you can ...please avoid this place with ALL measures. You will regret it
July 11, 2017Riverstone Apartments is not a safe place to live. My friend spent the night and woke up to all 4 tires being stolen from their car. When I informed the staff, they said there are no cameras and there is no telling when a security system will be put in place. She told me to fill out an incident report and that could help. How?! 2 years before that my roommates car was completely stolen. On top of that, the door is always broken from being kicked in. Don't move here if you want to feel safe.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place to stay! So don't move here
March 15, 2016From the day I moved into this apartment there has been issues. The main doors do not lock so any one can walk into the apartment without a key. When I did my first look around before moving in the closet doors fell onto me and my roommate. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. My car got stolen and I saw one of my neighbors camero on bricks. Maintenace never comes. So if you need something fixed forgot about it, your better off doing it yourself. They keep going up on rent and the ...staff has an I don't care attitude. Cant wait for my lease to be up
December 27, 2015If you want to live in a noisy apartment with disrespectful neighbors who are inconsiderate, then this place may be for you. DO NOT, I mean DO NOT move on the first floor. You may get my neighbors upstairs who scream ALL the time, loud, apartment full of company, sounds like they are running a marathon around the apartment ALL night, runs up down up down the stairs out the door, back in the door ALL night. The doors don't lock, they are always open....no sense of security here. I have gotten two ...flat tires so far, always broken glass in the parking lot. not that happy
September 4, 2015well my lease is almost up in another month or so, i wouldn't recommend no one moving here, i have old air conditioning units in my apt that chooses toward when they want and the apartment complex won't replace them, my counters in the kitchen have stains on the that they promised to replace when i first moved in, that never happened, the doors to the apt building always broke, the buzz system chooses to work when it pleases and the apt being it self is nvr clean, oh and after 3 months of living ...here my factory rims & tires was stolen off my car! so yeah i can't wait to move next month :-)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
