Riverview always drops the ball

Riverview has went through three management changes since I moved in. Each time they've gotten worse and worse. My window has been broken for two years now. They changed the payment portal twice on us, never told anyone. Still had the audacity to serve eviction notices TO EVERYONE IN HOUR BUILDING after they cut their phones off so we couldn't contact them. I've counted four gunshots, two murders, and hundreds of roaches since moving in here. Stay far, far, FAR away from this place.

Consistent Noise and Ignorance

Every weekend, every night, people are playing their music, the insulation in the apartments are so bad you can hear a car start on the other side of the parking lot. Office has refused to do anything about it, as of writing this they have not done anything to address that their "gated community" is never closed and is run off an old electronic gate instead of security, so you'll be hearing alot of cars speeding off and driving between apartments (where they obviously aren't allowed to be) and a ...
stray gunshot here and there during the weekends, and the office still claims to have a great caring community, which is far from the truth. Apartments are also ridden with German Cockroaches, the sink has fallen in from water damage which was never fixed, the roof was falling in and they basically slapped a bandaid on it and said they'd be back to fix it. Never happened. So, if you like consistent loud neighbors that love to party and act like fools, or you love to be under the threat of becoming a road pancake or swiss cheese, this place is just the place for you! Just don't expect ANYTHING to be done about it. Because the office does not care as long as you're paying them.

I recommend Riverview Apartments

The complex is nice, the rent is reasonable. Maintenance keeps the grounds very well, they always work hard to keep the outer complex clean as well do the units. The only problem is the unit is a little small and the pluming runs funny sometimes when multiple tenants are running their water at the same time. I love that there is so much parking and the staff is very helpful. There isn't no crime; all the neighbors mind their own business. Caravan is in a convenient location where all the major ...

Riverview is a Wonderful place to live, I've been there for a year and the apartment complex is always clean, the pool area and laundry room is as well. My neighbors are very quite no complaints. I am enjoying my stay here and I think you should give it a try.

Riverview apartments is a wonderful place to live the apartment complex is very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. The pool area, laundry room, parks, track and office area is kept up very well and my apartment in the inside is designed great I love it also if you have a problem, anything breaks or not working they come out and fix it within an hour. Great place to live!!

This apartment complex is pretty good. The price for a 3 bedroom is unbeatable. The apartment complex staff are 3 out of 5 stars. They try to be helpful, but they never follow through. The amenties include two pools, a sports court, two on site laundry stations, and a fitness room that's never operating. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment and it's pretty big. There are two bathrooms as well and the living/dining room area is of decent size. Plus there is a balcony with a view of a pond. So not too ...
