I lived here for about 6 months and everything has gone well. It sounds like they've had a new manager for about a year along with the new maintenance guy and they seem to take care of us well.

Lived here for 12 years, and wish I could get out.
Younger college people are moving in, and it’s fantastic! Loud parties with music blasting and apartment doors slamming…wooohooo! The party starts at midnight Friday and lasts for HOURS!! It’s so awesome, especially when you’re a grown adult like me and have to work on the weekends!! Yay getting no sleep yet having to drag in to work because I need to pay my rent!
My apartment is not one of the remodeled units, yet I’m paying the same as the ...
upgraded ones. Can’t use my bedroom and have to sleep in the living room because there’s no heat or air conditioning in the bedroom. You can hear everything your neighbors do because the walls are paper thin, plus what goes on in the hallway.

I've lived here for 4 years. It was not a great place to live, but in January there was a management change and they're doing an incredible job. They respond to maintenance requests quickly. They renovated the interiors, upgraded the hallways. They also drove out the noisy neighbors and it has been great.

there is only 1 apartment with a dishwasher, there is approx 87 apartments here with only 1 handicapped parking space, it seems that on the weekend things go south, ex; no hot water, furnace turned down in lobby, it was a great place to live till the present owners took over, they raised the washing/drying over 300% for their greedy pockets, yet again the people on fixed incomes suffer at their expense.

As the title says. This building has recently undergone new ownership and immediately the rent has increased almost $50.00 with nothing to justify it. Air conditioning units are as old as the building itself and are going out. Maintenance is doing nothing about it. We're being told that other apartments are hotter than ours. Building is filthy and very seriously doubt that it would pass a health department inspection. Drug dealers are also living here. This is supposed to be a "secured"building, ...
but the people that they are trying to keep out are in the building. Used to be a nice place to live, now no more. Don't waste your money. Better places in Leavenworth.
