Unlivable conditions, horrible management/maintenance

The bedbug infestation was so bad my wife and I had to throw out all our furniture and clothing when we moved. Cockroach infestation is beyond anything I've seen! Twice a month they bring in an old man with a rusty can of some chemical he sprays that doesn't kill a single bug. Drugs are prevalent and the hallways reek of weed. The cops are there two or three times a week serving warrants or dealing with break-ins by drug addicts. Junkies use the parking lot to shoot up. Absolutely horrible ...
