April 28, 2021We have lived here since 2004. Our Apts. are under new management. The renovated apts. are nice. The new managers are always willing to accommodate our needs. Cozy apartment, good management
February 26, 2021Great value for the price. Flexible lease terms—a big plus for me. Be sure to ask a lot of questions: not everything in this listing is accurate (for example, I don’t have a dishwasher and there were extra fees besides the ones listed here). However, once that was cleared up, I was very happy with my newly-renovated place. Diane does a great job managing the building and goes out of her way to get every detail taken care of in a timely manner. Coin laundry in the building on both floors.
