Look Elsewhere
August 16, 2024I've lived here for 5 years. from when it was Grandview Gardens apartments. it was nice back then, but now that Montium took the property over a few years ago, it's gotten really bad. from the rude office staff, to not feeling safe, even in the building, it's not worth the amount of money they charge for rent. maintenence is great, don't get me wrong. we've had mice and cockroaches in our apartment. I remember one night after watching the Super Bowl, someone's apartment door got kicked in. cops ...are constantly here, and residents smoke meats and grill outside of apartment buildings, even though it's a fire hazard. no amenities to speak of. there used to be a pool, but it's being back filled according to the residents and will no longer be availible for use. in short, there are better apartment complexes in Bensalem, heck, even Levittown and they charge the same, if not a little more, than Riverview.Property Manager Responded

Avoid at all costs
November 11, 2023This has been the worst living experience. For starters, day before move in I receive my keys and noticed one is missing. I am told by staff the smallest key is for the mailbox and the other key is to access my apartment. Test the small key in the mailbox and doesn’t work. I leave the key with staff per their suggestion until they fix it. Move in day comes and I am locked out of my apartment because of incompetent staff. This should have been the warning sign. Not even 1 week in my lease term, ...roaches and flys inhabit the apartment. Few weeks later, rodents appear in the apartment. Every single week, sinks and bath tubs are backed up for no apparent reason. All issues are reported to maintenance but you can never see your maintenance history because they know exactly what’s going on. They give you a temporary fix to manipulate you into thinking they are doing their job when in reality the same issues happen over and over again. I would only suggest this place if you have absolutely no where else to live and no other options. I would avoid
November 23, 2022Where do I start?. This would be 0 stars if it could be Roach infestation.. . Mice literally coming through holes that aren't patched from the radiator lines so i had to plug them metal scrub brushes. I have had a sewage backup SINCE DAY 1 that was never fixed... . Ive also had a leak from the apt above that was noted MULTIPLE times with multiple different property managers and they said we were being "Overdramatic" Ummm ROACHES LOVE WATER ROACHES LIVE IN MOIST AREAS! I've seen roaches come from ...up my bathroom sink.. When Karen was there I never had a roach problem, now that these new people are here and the employment turnover rate is every 2 months no one gives a crap. Also the constant people who drive through everyday to dump their trash and leave which means no room for the actual tenants to throw their trash away making the dumpsters overfilled constantly... I can hear rodents and squirrels and raccoons in the walls, I am so happy I am leaving And if you don't have roaches or mice you'll have to deal with house centipedes millipedes sprickets and water bugs entering your apt. the insulation is completely garbage during the summer | never opened ANY of my windows but I did spray them with ortho home defense anyway and ended up seeing MULTIPLE dead hornets and wasps in the window area.. How if they're always closed? Oh and god forbid something dies in the walls... since day 1 we have also had a HUGE flv infestation that ranges from tenants with too many animals "Bunnies pigeons mccaws and dogs ferrets etc" to the dead animals in the walls... You kill one fly and it seem like 10 others show up. If you want to be ignored gaslighted and told that it is not their problem and you basically have to deal with it then this is your place to go! TIMES in 1 year and it isn't worth it.. Also if you're a female good luck being able to walk your dog on weekends the bar up the road bring the drunk people down screaming and scaring people also just standing around no matter time of year... Me as a CCW carrier had a guy try to rush me as I was opening the first security door..Property Manager Responded
