the washing machines in my building have not worked for months. Went into the office today (monday)at 3 pm to complain because they're only supposedly there on mondays wednesdays and fridays from 10-5 and no one was there. I tried to purchase a new laundry card from the machine today but it just ate my money. Apparently I was supposed to get a laundry card when I moved in, but no one told me that. Even when I called and complained about them no one mentioned it. and again I was told all this ...

Lots of families, relatively safe. Appealed to me due to cheap rent and not completely gross building. Quiet. Had a mice problem in the winter which I had to take care of myself. Building is under new management who are not nice although they pretend they are very considerate and accommodating. They don’t respect their tenants, what’s very clear. Lots of hidden fees. They enforce a lot of random rules, but when a grown man walks around the building in his underwear and swims in the pool in the ...

This was our first apartment moving to Columbus and we had thought we had made a great decision by leasing a one bedroom apartment at Riverview. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Washing and dryer machines rarely work. The trash in the back of the complex is always overfilled. People tend to also never pick up after themselves, which is great. The walls are paper thin and you are likely to hear neighbors entire conversations.

Rent at your own risk. Roaches, mold, and not properly sealed doors helps you live with the elements around your building. You like spiders? Well if not, then you’ll get used to living with them because there are little holes in corners of you apartment you’ll never realize it until the spiders start pouring out of them.

I have lived here for around 2 years now. Maintenance is extremely quick and takes care of problems in less than 24 hrs. Rent is cheap and totally worth it. Quiet and clean apartment complex with good neighbors. Close to the bus stop and the grocery store.
