Many leaks throughout many apartment which Im told from neighbors and had 3 myself. Rent cheap so expect cheap quality.

I called and talked to a young lady a week ago and she advised it’s still pending. I’ve called this week and no one answers the phone. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks to make a decision. It’s either approved or denied. I can only imagine how long it would take to get something serviced or discuss an issue with the office when they can’t even give an update on an application.

August 25, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here 17 years . I don't forsee moving any time soon. The lawn is taken care of , as well as shrubs , trees , and flowerbeds. The staff are always smiling , friendly , and helpful . I can call the office for a maintenance issue , and have it treated within an hour. I enjoy speaking with Hillary almost daily. She walks about the property checking on people as well as the area. Thank you for everything Hillary ! Thank you riverview!

The maintenance crew was no help when we called for service. Sometimes we’d spend our own money and fix the issues ourselves! Overall if you don’t mind doing some tlc yourself and don’t mind some small roommates then this the perfect Home for you!!

June 11, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI just moved in and they have a huge mouse problem. The mouse come out of vents and pipes behind the stove. Pest control don't come immediately and does not solve the problem. I will definitely be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

THE RENTAL OFFICE DID NOT CARE THEY TOLD ME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT! THE WALLS ARE THIN, YOU AND NEIGHBORS MIGHT AS WELL BE ROOMMATES! THE CABINETS ARE CHEAP! THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE MICE PROBLEM THE MICE CHEW THROUGH THE CUPBOARD! THE PAINT IN THE TUB CHIPS! BY FAR THE WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE!
