I lived there for 6 months and actually liked the apartment itself. It was a lot of space for the money, even if it was old. The management was the worst, however. I had a loss in my family around the time I moved in and forgot to put the parking sticker on my car. With no warning at all, it was towed to Harris county and $300 later I got back. They must get kick-backs from the towing company which apparently patrols the lot every day. They also "inspected" my apartment multiple times in the ...
few months I was there. They are "nanny" managers who have such a high turnover that they don't even respect that the apt. is yours and don't leave you alone. Plus the gate was broken 4 of the 6 months I was there. It's a bad sign when corporate won't give a complex any money to fix anything. Avoid this place!

No place is ever perfect but so far I have not had any complaints worth mentioning. I’ve met some great neighbors that have become friends, the staff at the office and including maintenance are always friendly and willing to help. The office hosts fun activities throughout the year to create a sense of community - they even raffled Houston Rodeo tickets this year! The apartment itself is wonderful, i have a cozy one bedroom and even after having our baby it is still comfortable because storage is ...
great here. The bathroom is spacious, with a large countertop, and our patio is big enough to fit a smoker, grill, bike, and our plants. Bedroom fits our king size bed and crib , closet is walk in and spacious too. Overall am happy here and would only move out if it were to buy a house. This place is great! Affordable, dog friendly, kids everywhere. The office staff is wonderful and is up front and honest about anything. Safe area and quiet. I even had a complaint about my dog and they were so calm about telling me. I know that dog barking is annoying so I just took care of it. At move in I had a few bugs, they sprayed the apartment on their dime and again 2 weeks later! Maintenance is trust worthy and has fixed everything within 24 hours. Residents are friendly. we have lived in Riverwalk Apartments for 18 months now and absolutely love it. it is peaceful, quite and the people are very friendly. Amy and JJ are wonderful and get things taken care of promptly - we never had an issue during the entire 18 months and if we did not have to leave due to my job-change, we still would call Riverwalk our home. Thanks for taking care of us, Amy and JJ - we will miss you guys.

Every since our move in day the office staff has been extremely helpful And nice. The apartment itself is very roomy and comfortable and if we have any problem with the apartment maintenance Always takes care of it in a timely manner. I would recommend!

Nice roomy apartments. Older complex but very quiet and well maintained. Office staff very friendly and quick to assist on any issues. They have fun monthly activities for residents. Close to I-45 for quick access, but far enough away not to have any freeway noise. Awesome location. Not fancy, but everything you need for a nice home.

She gave me lots of information that I didn't even know I needed to know, was very patient, and never pressured me into anything.
