August 18, 2025Place is nice but maintenance hasn’t really kept their word. They say they will fix or replace items and won’t since I’ve moved in, in 2021. My air conditioner they said would be fixed a month ago and still won’t go below 75 degrees. Said my dishwasher, which hasn’t worked since I moved in, would be replaced, for the second time, which hasn’t since a month ago. My bathroom sink in the main bedroom would be adjusted, same as above. Management is nice but feel the Property Management company is ...cheap and doesn’t want to spend the money to make things right. Other than that, the amenities are great and property sits in a great area by the river.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2025Mostly good experience. Maintenance is quick to come and complete our requests. There has been a leak in the 2000 building first floor that I have to walk through every day and needs taken care of, the carpet is soaking. The peloton bikes at the gym have all had broke seats for months now which is a bummer because that’s the main piece of equipment I use. Seems like the complex needs more financial support from the parent company to get things done (roof leak in 2000 building). Overall the staff ...is friendly and helpful.Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2025Living at Riverwalk Apartments in Conshohocken has been a consistently disappointing experience. Security is a serious issue.During the holiday season, I had thousands of dollars in packages stolen or go undelivered.When I asked for mailroom footage, the staff told me the cameras hadn’t worked in months. They advertise secure package areas, but there’s zero follow-through to back that up. When I moved in, both the dryer and dishwasher were broken. A large hole in a hallway wall was left open for ...over a month and only got patched right before they sent out a rent increase notice Our shower recently ran nonstop overnight. I called the emergency maintenance line, and no one responded.When I followed up with the front office, they said there was nothing they planned to do—& literally told me: “Too bad.” Management is dismissive and unhelpful. The property manager is present, but nothing gets resolved. The front office staff are cold, disorganized, and take no ownership of tenant concerns.Property Manager Responded
