The appliances are old the blinds have a wonky open and close method where the actual amateur to open and close the blinds tends to come out of the loop and it’s hard to put back in. The main manager for the community Kaylyn does not check her emails and emails are sent to everyone. I liked Ballpark where you can use the Ballpark manager email and get the community manager directly if needed. They outsource after hours maintenance to a third-party company in ...Houston so good luck if if shrimp hits, the fan. January 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWe love living at Riverwalk. This community is running like a well oiled machine. Our manager, Cailin, knows just what to do and I absolutely love her. We just got Savanah who is experienced and such a sweetheart and is the new assistant manager, Blue is also in the office and does great with whatever you need. Our maintenance team is the best. Max is our manager, then we have Tyler and Austin and they are absolutely phenomenal. They work hard to get whatever our needs are completed in a timely ...manner. This community is very safe and secured by key fobs so nobody is getting in and Cailin makes sure it's wonderful for her residents. I wouldn't move unless I had too! Communication about longevity of apartment projects and renovations has been an issue.
