Horrible!
February 15, 2021Dryer went out less than a month after we moved in. Had the water heater in our unit go out 4 times all they did was bandage it. Never take care of the driveway or sidewalk in the winter. Definitely would not recommend especially as they keep raising the rent.Review from Apartments.com
Poor management, nice location
September 5, 2019My husband and I lived at Riverwalk to 3 years while I attended college. The first two years were amazing! I loved the staff and they were always super willing to help with anything. However we got a new manager my last year of living there who changed a lot of things and it started to decline. The staff in the office are nice most of the time but the manager is another story. Maintainence was great and was always in within a couple days. However, my dishwasher needed maintenance so often that I ...stopped using it for long periods of time. They said it was an old one but never fully fixed it or replaced it. We moved out this last july (2019). Upon move out, there were a couple discrepancies about what I was told I would have to pay for and what they charged me. When I called to talk to the property manager about my concerns he refused to let me talk and cut me off with every sentence I spoke. He is incredibly rude when all i wanted to do was resolve my issue. This issue could of been easily resolved but he did nothing but belittle me. Highly Recommend!
November 19, 2013I love it here at River Walk! It was very clean upon move in, maintenance is timely, and the office staff knows me by name. The property is great for my pet, and I'm thankful for the no smoking policy. I highly recommend River Walk!Review from Apartments.com
