There has to be better for low income seniors

The washer and dryer are coin operated and are broke more than they work. The entrance into the building is locked and residents can access via a fob. This is wonderful when it works, but in often down leaving residents locked out of the building. Office staff not there on weekend.

We don't like that residents are being locked out of the building and will be certain to review the system to ensure it is operating properly. Our office is not open on the weekends, however, we provide 24-hour emergency maintenance should anything arise. If there is an urgent management matter, we do monitor our messages and respond appropriately the following business day.
