February 15, 2025No One’s Home-Dirty Place The place is filthy. The carpet hallways have not been vacuumed since carpet was installed. The paint has not been repainted in 5 years in common areas. Lights always burned out in lower garage. No maintenance on site or staff. We are on our ownProperty Manager Responded

November 15, 2024Cleanlnes All the common areas look filthy. The door stop in the lower garage has been broken for months. Lower level garage ceiling lights outside the elevators are burned out. Was a Great place, but not anymore.
July 16, 2023moved in 2021. Maintenance request were done the same day. José was amazing!!! local management could barely do their jobs. Then a new management company took over and everything went to crap. Garage ceiling falling apart. Garage doors left open. It takes weeks for repairs to be completed. Management has no clue. The carpets are so disgusting, not what you would expect from a "Luxury" apt. I would not recommend this place to anyone. RUN!Property Manager Responded

Great apartments to call home!
December 17, 2020I did a TON of researching while apartment hunting earlier this year. I like to read reviews from different websites and I was pleased to see so many 5 star reviews for this property. Frankly, I thought they were too good to be true. I scheduled an appointment to come check out the property and I was pretty impressed. The people are friendly, the place is very clean and well kept. It has the added bonus of a game room, workout room, and meeting room. I’ve been here about 2 months now and I know I ...made the right decision. Lisa the property manager is always easy to get a hold of for any questions.
