Great apartment place to live. I have been here since 2018 an still love it. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and doctors. Lovely large patios and wonderful staff. Love Ricky and Caleb best maintenance staff ever.

I little disappointing on my first apartment. Wrong keys made and hard to lock back doors. Otherwise just a perfect fit apartment. Perfect view out my balcony door.

Appreciate our year living here but apt living is not for us. Need security for sure. Live in updated apt but have multiple water damage and mold issues that were only “band-aided” over before we moved in. All in all, not a bad apt complex to live in.

I really love it here. For the price the amenities and apartments are great, there’s a lot of storage space and huge balconies. I will say the walkways get a little buggy at night but we’re close to the water so that’s expected.

Left these apartments after 3 years. If moving wasn’t such a pain I would’ve moved sooner. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office, you can call, leave messages and never hear back. You can go down to the office and the doors are locked. The smell of weed was in my building for a good 2 years and the office did nothing about it, despite numerous of the residents notifying them about it. The area is sketchy and so are some of the residents so if you value safety and sleep do not move ...

here. There will be music blasting through your walls at all hours and the leasing office will do nothing to help. Trust me when I say there are better places in Spartanburg where you will feel valued, respected and safe. This place is not it and I cannot express how happy I am to never step foot in those buildings again.

I love living here. It is close to my doctor's and to the stores. I love to sit on my patio and drink my morning coffee and see and hear all the wildlife. It is very quiet here fir being so close to 2 busy roads. The staff have always been so wonderful. Would highly recommend living here.
