Location gives amazing access to any other location since it’s right off highway. Only downside to that is highway is loud. I’m more upset about move out policies. They overcharge everything upon move out. I had no pets, single, worked out at sea so very rarely ever there. Upon move out they said I owed the almost $2000. Don’t ever expect to get your “deposit” back. You are depositing it into their account. Multiple people have complained about this. I wish I would’ve trusted the other reviews ...
before moving here.

Save yourself from getting treated like trash from the lazy and rude office staff. Grounds going downhill. Stray cats & residents allowed to create their own trashy landscaping. Dog poop everywhere. Used to be great here. New management will run it into the ground.

Been here for a few months and we love it! We are new to apartment living so people coming in was awkward. Just need to remember to lock the top lock lol. They make it fun here, with bingo, pool parties, sometimes provide breakfast etc. There are a few small things I wish I could change like our crooked stove burners haha. And the washer and dishwashers are pretty loud but those are small issues. The main issue I have is being discussed because it’s a more difficult issue that I’m sure will ...
eventually get figured out but the staff is AMAZING! Very nice people! And the neighbors I’ve met are very nice as well. It felt like home since the day we came to do a tour and hopefully we can call Riverwood home for many more years to come! May sound cheesy but it’s true! :-)

(Stayed there from 11/08-12/11 in apt 334) I REALLY, REALLY miss the place! The staff there is so amazing, caring and helpful. I never had any issues with the apartment, and the design of the apartment is so beautiful. The kitchen has lovely granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and you can not even hear your neighbors at all in your apartment. I loved the layout of the apartment, it was spacious with excellent design appeal. The area is extremely safe, and the location to anything ...
you need is within distance. If you are looking for a beautiful home, peaceful surroundings and to die for landscaping and design this is the place for you! I worked in downtown Houston, and the drive to work was not bad at all. It is right next to the highway and I would drive from anywhere just to live here. This should be your first option! I hope everyone at the office is doing well, they are genuinely good people with great hearts!

The staff is beyond amazing and Riverwood has the best management team I've ever experienced.
I would highly would recommend living here to anyone that ask my opinion.
Also, the new cabana was the best addition to the complex along with the work out classes .

We believe Riverwood Apartments are the gem of Conroe. The layout and value are amazing, and make living here every day easier. The amenities make us feel as if we are living at a resort. The gym is well-kept, and there is even a trainer here! I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff, and the maintenance crew makes us feel as if we're the most important residents here. I have lived here for 8 years in two units. The apartment has been consistent over the years. It is always well maintained. Maintenance does need to be reminded a couple times on occasion to do a task. The grounds are well kept. The units have continued to get pricy, but the amenities are worth it. There is noise, but that's because you cannot pickup neighbors.

The Riverwood Apartments are a great place to live. They are close to 45, and there is easy access to Conroe and The Woodlands. The staff is always pleasant, and immediately address my concerns. The complex is quiet, but friendly.

This complex is smaller than most in the area, and it felt comfortable from the first day of moving in! They have several resident get-togethers, with even a food truck coming by - if you don't feel like going out to a restaurant - or cooking! The staff are awesome - from maintenance to the leasing agents. The complex is quiet, even with families, and a lot of dog-lovers - walking them daily.
