Great experience living there
February 26, 2024I have lived there for 3 years but moving due to work location. Sue and Sarah are amazing in the office and the maintenance team have been quick and helpful. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom was a nice addition while living there. Good location if you’re looking to be on the south end of Crestview.Property Manager Responded

March 8, 2023I'm beyond happy I found Riverwood Apts. After months & months of searching, Sarah at Riverwood Apts. in Crestview, FL is the ONLY one that was kind & called when availability opened it. Sarah & Sue are the sweetest ladies ever. I love all the little touches they do for us. I have never received a Valentine before living in an apt complex. It's the little things! Wonderful
February 15, 2023My time at Riverwood was wonderful! The staff is super friendly and always helpful in a timely manner. I enjoyed the community parties and free food. The pool was an added bonus and wonderful to use in the summer. Easy commute to any AFB, and the beaches only 30 minutes away during off season. I highly recommend them.
