AMAZING!!!!!!
February 11, 2016If you love a very scenic view then you'll love Riverwood Apartments. They have a beautiful forest area and a large pond right on property! Very convenient too considering Target, JCP, Woodmans, and plenty of hospitals are right across the street! The floor-plans are very spacious as well plus you get a storage closet! That's extra space! Couldn't love it more. This is the first apartment I've lived in on my own and I'm so happy with it. The staff is very friendly and will address any concerns ...you have quickly. Maintenance is on top of everything. They complete work orders within 48 hours of receiving them! I love this place so much!Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2015WE HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 2009. TWO BED TWO BATH 1100 SQ. FT. LARGE PATIO, SMALL LAKE TO LOOK AT. QUIET APTS. NICE PEOPLE. BACKGROUND CHECK ON ALL TO GET IN. STAFF IS ALWAYS PLEASANT, KNOWS EVERYONES NAME, ALWAYS SAY HELLO. SWIMMING POOL, EXERCISE ROOM. JUST $1160 A MONTH. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS AS A NICE, QUIET, SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. Hotel living
September 1, 2015I have lived here for two years. The grounds are kept, the hallways are spacious, warm garage for your car, LAUNDRY IN UNIT!!, clean pool, quick maintenance, friendly staff, convenient school bus drop-off location, Pleasant Prairie School district!!!, open layout apartment (2b/2b-Layout B), huge bathrooms, close to many grocery stores, gas stations, stores but without feeling like you are in the city, and neutral colors. The only thing I wish they had was updated cabinetry and appliances, but ...they are not in bad condition or too outdated. We are moving out of state, but If I needed to move back to Kenosha, I would still consider moving back here. I genuinely believe living here has been a great experience, I never got sick to coming home to this apartment. It has always felt like staying at a hotel (minus the cleaning ladies and service men). All of the neighbors here are friendly, many of them are serving in the military. I have never had to complain about a noisy neighbor or anything. Riverwood Apartments
August 4, 2015When my roommate and I started looking at apartments, we were set on picking between these other two local apartments. The day we were going to put in our application for one, I found Riverwood. I went to the office and they helped me get up to check out a model apartment. I fell in love instantly. They have a pool, grill area, tennis/basketball courts, a dog walking trail, super friendly and professional staff, and they're located right up against a nature reserve, so our view is 100% nature. It ...is absolutely amazing for the price we pay. Water is included with rent, and that helps so much. The prices are very reasonable. The maintenance guys all love my dog. The staff is very open to almost all kinds of dogs as long as they feel it won't cause a problem. Almost all of our neighbors have pets, which is awesome. They do a great job at doing background checks because everyone I have met that lives here is super friendly. The staff takes any complaints they receive seriously. I'm a full time student and don't currently have a printer. They have a business center with free everything. Copies, printing, paper shedding, etc. they also have a weight room which is awesome on nights I can't make it to the gym. One time when the business center was closed for maintenance they told me it was no problem and I could print from their office. They ar so nice here. The location is absolutely perfect. It's 1/4 mile from the interstate and basically right across the street from shopping and car services. The area is pretty quiet too. Low crime. I go to school 15 min away; and I work at the pleasant prairie police department, which is 10 min away. I couldn't have asked for a better set up. Any time we need maintenance they're there anytime day or night free of charge. Need a light bulb changed? No problem. Need your deck repaired? No problem. I love the open floor plans her and I especially love the larger deck size. It's nice being able to put a full table and chair deck set out there. I absolutely love living here. Fate brought me here but I love it. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.Property Manager Responded

Great Location. Great Community
July 30, 2015The units are spacious and have w/d. Floors are solid and fellow renters are respectful. Pet loving community. Pool and Gym. Close to everything you need. Great location. Great staff. The area is excellent, quiet and staff goes beyond their expectance
January 10, 2013I lived in theses apts for almost 3 yrs it was quiet senery is beautiful, staff is excellent very clean area. Only 2 problem is if your not used to animals then you have a problem because all buildings have pets. Some owners are cleaner then others are..Even though manager tries to put order it does not help all the time. Second your rent is increased every year by $ 25.00 otherwise beautiful aparments to live in.Property Manager Responded
