Slums of Mount Pleasant/ highest water bills you’ve ever seen
September 17, 2018If you want to pay astronomical amounts for your power and water bills, this is the place for you. Not sure why this place uses a company called NWP from out of state to bill for water but my bill is almost $40 before I ever even use any water. It reaches $100 and the office staff tells me that’s normal for 2 people! Property is very old and rickety. I can hear my neighbor being intimate some nights! Also spoke with a neighbor whom told me a few cars have been stolen from the parking lot ...recently. Spend the extra money to move elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
