Mona and Christina were amazing for the year we lived there. If we were going to stay in an apartment longer it would have been here. They were both always there for us with anything we needed. Any issues were resolved quickly. The complex is quiet and safe. LOVED the amenities (free cable and internet) and the pool was always clean! The grounds are always maintained. Neighbors are friendly. Best place to stay in or around the Waco area!

My husband and I have lived here three years. We have enjoyed our neighbors and the staff at The Riviera. The staff tries to know your name and provide for your apartment needs or fixes. Communication is the key with any business you deal with in life. The Riviera staff are willing to listen and do their best to help you have a great experience.

I moved here about a year ago and I cant imagine living anywhere else. I have lived in many apartments in my life, but none were as accommodating, friendly, quick to fix any issues as this one. The maintenance is always very quick to fix any problems and the management is always there to help. I recommended The Riviera to many of my family members and friends and we all love it here.

Moving into this apartment was a huge mistake. On the outside, it looks fairly decent, but the office staff made my time at The Riviera just a horrible experience. Things were frequently lost, and everyone is always "out;" usually this means outside smoking somewhere. They will mess up your lease, leave important information on other peoples doors by "mistake" (making you incur large fees) and make changes to your lease without notice. I never write bad reviews for places, but I just had to for ...
