Best place around Waco
July 22, 2018Mona and Christina were amazing for the year we lived there. If we were going to stay in an apartment longer it would have been here. They were both always there for us with anything we needed. Any issues were resolved quickly. The complex is quiet and safe. LOVED the amenities (free cable and internet) and the pool was always clean! The grounds are always maintained. Neighbors are friendly. I LOVE This place!
July 27, 2013I moved here about a year ago and I cant imagine living anywhere else. I have lived in many apartments in my life, but none were as accommodating, friendly, quick to fix any issues as this one. The maintenance is always very quick to fix any problems and the management is always there to help. Never Again
May 20, 2013Moving into this apartment was a huge mistake. On the outside, it looks fairly decent, but the office staff made my time at The Riviera just a horrible experience. Things were frequently lost, and everyone is always "out;" usually this means outside smoking somewhere. They will mess up your lease, leave important information on other peoples doors by "mistake" (making you incur large fees) and make changes to your lease without notice. I never write bad reviews for places, but I just had to for ...these apartments. I've lived in several apartments and had previously nothing but great experiences, but wanted to warn others against this place. Waco has better places to offer.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
