Poor Poor Poor Management
April 10, 2023I've been here over three months and three property managers. Supposedly moved into a renovated 2x2 unit, where the w/d didn't work, fridge falling forward when opened linoleum flooring, rolling up throughout.(STILL NOT REPAIRED). The kitchen drawers falling off tracks, cabinet doors backwards, rubber on. Baseboards not secured, vanity mirrors fell when opened, TP,towel holders unsecure. Counter tops sticky, maintenance asked me for tools. Maintenance worker Pulled and tore removable velcro ...screen off. Much much more . Living here is a joke. I work hard for someone to vandalize property and Blame the building for being old.Property Manager Responded

New Management
May 2, 2022Been living here for 2 years. It was a decent place to live for a cheap cost originally. All that changed with the new management. They are rude and greedy, money hungry people. Rent prices spiked about $700 without warning for the lease renewals. Nothing has changed except the building paint. Apartments are all roast infested. Not worth renting here. There are tons of better options for a cheaper price.Property Manager Responded

New owners in 2022 Chamberlin & Associates are ruining a once fantastic complex
March 11, 2022The new owners are not moral people. They should be called Ruiners & Associates. They are an evil rental group from California trying to double people's rent by their next lease renewal which is going to hurt many, many people in the community and force a lot out on the street with nowhere to go. They first said they would ease into it but cut that out shortly after for a full unreasonable price hike to just about double. They are also incompetent owners who are taking away all the minor yet ...necessary privileges prior leasers had all at once and adding nothing new or important to make up for it. They even just painted the entire complex a hideous dark green and off-white color that is far inferior to the way it had looked for the last 20 years.
