This place is not fit for a decent family. The landlord does not take care of the property, and they are very unprofessional. The units have mold issues and roaches are bad even if you clean.

The Southern springs apartment located at 125 north Davis lane Defuniak Springs florida is the worst place for anyone to live, the garbage dumpster without a gate around it is located in the middle of the complex about five feet away from one of the bedroom window ,a complain was made to the landlord who commented that all low income apartments are like that, the place is infested with roaches and flies, the kitchen cabinets are dirty and moldy, the A/C vents are rusty, no toilet paper holder ...
