Good living by the beach

A nicely kept building just a one block walk from the beach. the benefits of local shopping plus beach living in a beautiful apartment all rolled into one. Building amenities includes secure garage parking, heated Jacuzzi pool plus more.. We have looked and in this area the apartments at 1000 S. Catalina are far superior to others we have seen. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with balconies, on site management and efficient staff make living here a welcome experience.

I would rate this Apartment to be really great. Spacious apartment, Rec room, centrally located in Redondo Beach and a fabulous Jacuzzi. The people here are really nice, Rent is reasonable, but wouldn't hurt to get some help cause there is no rent control in Los Angeles LOL
