Management team is terrible
August 6, 2024Management team has failed to communicate with us on any important dates, and have actually lied to our faces and in email that they will notify us a reminder to submit a move out notice. Never once have we received this, nor get any good communication back from the team in helps regarding us moving out on time. If management messed up notifying us, how is it on us to notify them of our move out? It is a 12-month term lease, THAT IS IT. It should be illegal to not notify renters of a reminder, to ...just have them stuck paying longer than the 12-month lease they signed.Property Manager Responded
