Nice Place to Live

I have lived at Roadrunner for 7.5 months now and can honestly say that I really do like the property overall. I love the MCM design and decor and find the property well-maintained for the most part. The many amazing amenities that the property has to offer and the security features make it a great place for a single woman to live. especially on weekends, but this is normal for apartment living. A few cons that I must list are the parking situation is not the best unless you pay for two spots, there is some wear starting to show in common areas (baseboards, wall corners, etc.), the workout room is small and could use a cable machine, the hallways are often musty smelling, you get charged for everything, and despite their best efforts to address the problem, the exit areas smell like animal urine. I hope they don't raise my rent when my lease is up so I can enjoy another year or two at this beautiful, conveniently located property. I recommend giving this property consideration if you are in the market for an apartment.
