The maintenance is the best part. (1 star just for that)

Been at this property for over 3 years and the best part is the maintenance man. He is super friendly and is always extremely fast with the repair request. Our unit has had some issues here and there, nothing to serious, and even when our water heater broke he was there with a hour, on a weekend night! Aside from him, the property manager is horrible. She is only in the office 3 days a week, and only for 3 hours each day. Good luck getting ahold of her and never expect a call to be returned. ...

Neighbors are all extremely loud and rude. If you are older and looking for a quiet area, look elsewhere. Oh, and don't get me started on the marijuana smell.......
